In agriculture, timing matters.
Missing a planting season because of delayed funding can affect an entire year's harvest. For many farmers, submitting a loan application meant waiting without knowing their status, eligibility, or next steps.
To get answers, they often had to call loan officers repeatedly.
For a farmer, waiting on a loan isn't just about capital, it is about their livelihood
Traditional agricultural funding systems are notoriously slow, leaving farmers completely in the dark after they apply.
I designed the authentication flow and dashboard architecture to turn an anxious, invisible waiting game into a transparent, guided, and deeply supportive digital experience. The resulting MVP was so resonant it won an award during the stakeholder and investor presentation.
Note: To comply with non-disclosure agreements (NDA), the project name has been changed to Agrifund and sensitive financial metrics have been abstracted.

Designing for Fintech is about making financial processes clear for real people
A hill I am willing to stand on is that fintech design is not about flashy interfaces, but about making financial processes understandable for people who depend on them.
We focused on strong feedback loops, reduced visual noise, and simplified every flow. This turned a slow, stressful process into something transparent and easier to navigate, improving the experience for farmers.
